Vietnamese Theme Dinner
Join us for a leisurely five-course theme dinner while we explore cuisine from Vietnam. Vietnamese menus are known to be fresh and healthy, due to a liberal use of vegetables, herbs and aromatics. A balanced menu reflects five flavor profiles: spicy, sour, bitter, salty & sweet. Chicken, pork & seafood will be accompanied by noodles, rice, vegetables, mint, cilantro, lemongrass, chilies, garlic, ginger, lime juice & fish sauce.
